Order Shipping
Mickey Made orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after completion of payment (larger orders may take slightly longer). Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) usually takes 3 business days from our kitchen to the customer (sometimes less than that). Expedited delivery is available in some cases, but only applies to delivery, NOT order processing - remember, our items are made by hand. We usually estimate that a customer will receive their order 5-7 business days after completion of payment. All customers receive a shipping notification so they know exactly when their order is on its way and status can always be verified by logging in to their account.
Return Policy
Mickey Made orders are packed with the utmost care, however, if your merchandise does arrive damaged or broken, please notify us at mickeymade@mickeymade.com immediately so that we may make arrangements to have your merchandise shipped back and replaced.
Customer Satisfaction
If for any other reason you are not fully satisfied with your Mickey Made purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
